Both guitars are tuned to 6=D and share the tune (and the accompaniment) between them.
The arpeggiated accompaniment has an amount of fingering which provides the most secure chord shapes. The tune is un-fingered - it goes high up the neck, but it’s perhaps a matter of personal choice whether you go up high early to secure a mellow sound, or stay low for longer, in order to get a little extra sustain.
Dynamics are included, but the piece works best with the biggest dynamic range that you can manage.
