Here's a show chart of mine which can sometimes being saved for Christmas but I believe is suitable all year long.
The tricky things to remember for the band are:
1) the Intro should be counted in "ONE" because of the syncopation,
2) the chart has 4 bars in the early third with a 4/4 feel, even though we never leave the 3/4 tempo marking and
3) the ending is a slow and deliberate contrast to this jazz waltz. Getting into this sow tempo requires "RR" tracks.
Alto I doubles on Flute; Tenor I has an ad lib solo; Trumpet I also has an ad lib solo; Flugel doubling is suggested but not required and an Electric Piano is suggested but can be acoustic.
