By Boots Randolph. By Boots Randolph and James Rich. Arranged by Louis Drummond. Country. Score. 4 pages. Louis Drummond Van Rensburg #6859667. Published by Louis Drummond Van Rensburg (A0.800948).

Yakety Sax, a saxophone-based instrumental composed by Boots Randolph, was popularized on The Benny Hill Show. It played when Benny Hill was being chased by angry policemen and angry women. Because of its use on the show, it has appeared in many comedic skits and other shows over the years.
In my solo piano arrangement for intermediate players, the L.H. plays a quasi stride piano technique to accompany the melody in the R.H. It sound more difficult to play than it really is. A real crowd pleaser!
