Commissioned by Sai Junior High School in Aomori, 2008. There were 11 members: S.Sax. / A.Sax. / T.Sax. / B.Sax. / 2 Trp. / 2 Trb. / Euph. / Tuba / Perc. Percussion should be arranged like multi-percussion. The solo for Cl. at C can be played on a different instrument or tutti. The title is a kind of wish that "Eleven friends who have grown up and become adults can meet again under the beautiful sea and sky of Tsugaru Kaikyo Strait in their hometown, with the dreams and hopes of the friends of those days in the wind. Q should sound impressive!
