This abridged and edited arrangement of Widor's first movement (Allegro) from his 6th organ symphony brings an added touch of majesty with the addition of Brass and Timpani. The organ part is simplified when the Brass doubles, especially in the pedal. Notes doubled by the brass are in smaller font sizes and are optional to play. The Organist who has performed it as a solo piece may play from Widor's score, cutting from m152 to m252 to match this arrangement. It is suitable for Christmas, Easter, and festive, ceremonial, and solemn occasions. The full score and parts are included.
