This anthem sets Marilyn Biery's text for unison voices (Congregation), SATB, and organ. The choir sings of sacred acceptance and the congregation responds with words of God's love and grace. The composition begins using the Locrian mode and with each stanza moves through all seven church modes going from dark to light, ending with the Lydian mode. Throughout the work the organ interjects, comments and drives the music forward.
