These two very short dodecaphonic studies for viola and piano are built from various permutations of the 12-tone set A-D#-B-F-C#-G-A#-E-D-G#-F#. This is one of only two surviving compositions using that system that I have in my catalog. The other is Sextuplets for solo piano. Level MA – Duration 2:20.
