Arrangement of a Breton dancing song for clarinet quintet

The original song tells the story of three young Breton sailors who set sail for Newfoundland, encountering a woman at a mill there who one of them recognizes as a past love from the market in Nantes, leading to a romantic reunion narrative; the song is considered a traditional Breton folk song, popularized by musician Alan Stivell, and features a repetitive, round-style melody typical of the region.

English translation of the song:
Three young sailors went traveling
And the wind pushed them to Newfoundland
Next to the windmill stone they dropped anchor
And in that windmill was a servant girl
And she asked me where we met before?
In Nantes at the market, we chose a ring.
