T o Alberola is a Spanish overture which radiates fresh, light andcharming sound colours flavoured with a paso doble rhythm. Theseflavours are exploited to the max in this new work for trumpetsoloist, which is sure to become a standard item in your repertoire.

Ferrer Ferran heeft dit werk opgedragen aan Rafael en Vicente Alberola, twee leden van de Banda Primitiva de Paiporta (Valencia, Spanje), waarvan hij zelf de dirigent is. T o Alberola is een Spaanse ouverture die frisse, lichteen attractieve klankkleuren bevat, op smaak gebracht met een aanstekelijk pasodobleritme.

T o Alberola ist eine spanische Ouvertüre mit frischen, hellen Klangfarben, gepaart mit einem feurigen Paso-doble-Rhythmus. Ferrer Ferran widmete dieses Werk einem Dirigenten namens Alberola und dessen Sohn, einem fähigen Trompeter. Als Eröffnungsstück oder in der Mitte eines Konzertes gespielt, ist dieses temperamentvolle Stück ein Highlight in jedem Konzertprogramm!

T o Alberola est une ouverture espagnole sur un rythme de paso doble qui pétille de couleurs fraîches, gaies et séduisantes. Ferrer Ferran a composé cette œuvre en hommage Rafael et Vicente Alberola, deux membres de l’Orchestre d’Harmonie Banda Primitiva de Paiporta (Province espagnole de Valence) dont il est le directeur musical. Une pièce pleine de tempérament !T o Alberola a été donné en création mondiale, le 19 novembre 2005, l’Auditorium Florida de Paiporta, par Vicente Alberola, trompette solo, et l’Orchestre d’Harmonie Banda Primitiva de Paiporta sous la direction du compositeur.
