This music includes La Rejouissance from Music for The Royal Fireworks, "Largo" (Ombra Mai Fu) from Xerxes, and a selection from Hornpipe from Water Music Suite No. 2 in D Major. The arrangement features three of Handel's most well known pieces of music arranged for a grade 2-3 string orchestra. Violin 1 has some shifts to 3rd position but the rest of the strings remain in 1st position. There is a 3rd violin/viola part included and the piano part is optional. This arrangement is ideal for middle and high school level ensembles.
