The piece is highly flexible for EQUAL or MIXED voices, with instruments doubling voices or adding more layers of the canon. Guitar and piano both work well, especially to add rhythmic impulse to the piece. A percussion part is scored but can improvised. Because of the ease of putting this together, it makes an ideal piece for a choir returning after a Christmas break.
