Commission in 2019 by Kagamino Junior High School Band, Kochi Pref., the ensemble has a clear structure of "static - dynamic - static," and as the title suggests, ends in a vanishing manner. As composer, I would appreciate close attention to tone and the effect of "piano" when performing.
[Regarding Grade] The overall grade of this work is 3.5, but difficulty varies greatly by part. Most challenging are Perc. 4 and 5, followed by Perc. 3 with moderate difficulty, and Perc. 1 and 2 with relatively easy parts. Thus, players of mixed abilities can work together.
[Regarding instruments] 2 Wood Blocks and Guiro cover several parts, but they can be shared depending on the settings. Perc. 5 may change or add instruments if it does not detract from the song's atmosphere. For the premiere, we added some special cymbals. (Kiyohiro Kawai).
