Do you hear the voice of the Shepherd
Calling "Come unto me,
Partake of the fruit of the Tree of Life
And drink living waters freely.
"Come unto me and bring forth works
Of righteousness built on faith;
Remember the deliverance of your fathers
And the words the prophets saith.
"Strip yourselves of all pride and envy;
Persecute not your brother;
Be ready to help the needy and poor,
Showing love to one another.
"Receive my image in your countenance;
Sing the song of redeeming love;
Humble yourselves and trust in my voice,
That comes from the heavens above.
"Wash your garments in the blood of the Lamb;
Steadfastly believe on my name;
Have clean hands and a pure heart,
Standing firm without guilt or shame.
"Come to the fold of the Good Shepherd,
Repent, overcome every sin;
I’m calling with a voice so gentle,
Come to my fold and enter in."
