Blessed are the feet which tread upon the Romans Road. Here is a piece any church choir will enjoy, for Easter time especially but it works well throughout the year as a good reminder. The work is steadily in accelerando with every new verse sung. The verses are directly from the Romans Road: Romans 3:23, 6:23, 5:8, 10:9-10, 8:1 and ends with 8:38-39 as a reflection on, having realized the truth of the Romans Road, the inescapable nature of God's love, ending with triumphant hallelujah and amen. It's shown to be soprano and tenor but has moments of divisi which could be construed as satb if not 1st and 2nd soprano and tenor. The longest stretch of rest is three beats right after "Christ died", to represent three days in the grave.
