SKU: A0.1508014
Composed by Hans Zimmer. Arranged by Maxwell Schellhammer. Film/TV. 24 pages. Maxwell Schellhammer #1069639. Published by Maxwell Schellhammer (A0.1508014).
One of Hans Zimmer's most powerful pieces, this marching band arrangement of The Kraken from Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Man's Chest features three distinct, memorable sections of the piece seamlessly woven together into a 70 second short that is perfect for a pinch in a game-day or pep setting. Included with the arrangement are original countermelodies and additions in the alto and tenor voices, as well as an original full drumline inspired by Davy Jones' Theme that foreshadows rhythms played by the winds later in the piece. As the arrangement progresses, later complicated rhythms are broken up into earlier digestable pieces to teach the band as they play it, which makes this arrangement easier to learn fast. Enjoy this powerful music from one of film's most iconic scores!
