Published by F T H Music (A0.1072351).In 2009, my wife was sitting in the doctors office waiting to hear the results of my scan. It was a nice September day, the sun was shinning. The doctor came in shared those awful three words with us: "You have cancer" My mind went back about 25 years ago to a song I had written entitled: The higher the Mountain the better the view. The lines kept running through my mind. And my view was getting better all the time as by 2014 I had two cancers plus a return of the first cancer. Because of my troubles and the fact that God had lead me through the Valley of Cancer, I asked my friend, Randy Duck to record the song. We used the famous quartet, The Singing Ambassadors to do the back up vocals. Realizing that everyone has a mountain, it is our prayer that encouragement and hope be found in this message.
