This new arrangement of the much-loved traditional fiddle tune is a little gem and would be a great addition to the repertoire of any school or youth string ensemble and is deliberately written in a straightforward style, allowing your group to sound good even if you have little rehearsal time.
If you have a mixed ability quartet and need a variety of different level parts, you can combine any of the parts from this Junior Quartet Arrangement, with parts from either the Advanced or Intermediate Quartet Arrangements if need be. (All parts will fit together between the different levels. E.g. you could combine 2 players reading from the Junior Quartet parts and 2 players reading from the Advanced/ Intermediate Quartet parts if you wish).
You can also find Play-Along videos for Open String parts on YouTube @PicknMixStrings, which will fit alongside this quartet arrangement - should anybody wish to do a combined performance with beginner string players - or even boomwhackers or rainbow bells - and this Junior Quartet.
