In "The Jungle Book" this is sung by the vultures to Mowgli when he is feeling down and lonely. It is barbershop style, with a short madrigal section. It is not difficult, but will require good intonation to capture the close harmonies. An interesting piece of trivia is that the song was originally to have been sung by The Beatles, but the deal fell through. However, the idea lives on in the vulture's dialogue, where you can hear Scouse (Liverpool) accents, and in their "moptop" hairstyles. I also have a similar arrangement for SSAA choir.
