Tempus Vernum, the fourth track off the album A Day Without Rain is one of Enya's most ominous track. This version has been arranged for chamber ensemble. New instruments are added to the scores texture but aim to keep the orignial integrity of the sound and character of the orignial recording. The vocal line has been orchestrated into the arrangement.
Ideal pairing is to play Deora Ar Mo Chroi after this piece (attacca). Although separate tracks on the record, these two songs are ideally two halfs of the same coin.
