This is an easily attainable, fun addition to your holiday concert that puts a swingin’ spin on the traditional Christmas standard. It can be prepared in just a few rehearsals, and is a great way to practice simple 8th note swing. Optional parts have been included to fit your instrumentation. The alto clarinet part may be played on a 3rd B-flat soprano instead. An E-flat contra alto clarinet part is included and can be used in place of the B-flat contrabass clarinet part. The ensemble also sounds fine without either the contra alto or contrabass part as well.
