For the last several years, Lloyd Larson has provided us with a Lenten anthem which begins with newly composed material and ends with a well-known hymn. Now Mr. Larson has taken the timeless words of Isaiah 53, set them with pathos and drama as a preparation for a chorale-like rendition of Johann Cruger's HERZLIEBSTER JESU.
