The Blue Ridge Quartet was written to capture the majestic beauty of the Appalachian Mountains. The quartet takes the listener through rolling hills, flowing streams, and serene sunsets with a soundscape inspired by the folk music of the area. Each section captures a different aspect of the mountains with a hint of nostalgia. This quartet truly captures the story of my many visits to the Blue Ridge mountains and the place they hold in my heart.
