I personally like the song because The Beatles have can change keys in a seemingly effortless and natural way, so it is great to study how they are doing that. I like versions like this because I can have a complex solo guitar version, or I can simplify the guitar playing into chords and sing. This version is better suited for a solo artists playing a "coffee house" version and not so much a band version. Though, this version would still be incredibly useful regardless.

Features:
1. Tablature with rhythm
2. Chord diagrams
3. Chord Names
4. Guitar Fingerings
5. Slurs

The first three measures are an octave up to make it flow better on guitar. There's is a few octave displacement in order to comprise for better flow on the guitar, like the Dm/A chord in measure 21, or the Em and Em7 chords in measure 16.

History:
1. The song was inspired by Lennon's childhood memories of playing in the garden of "Strawberry Field," a Salvation Army children's home near his home in Liverpool.
2. The final version was a combination of two different takes spliced together by producer George Martin, using tecchniques like tape loops, backward recording, and varispeed to achieve the desired effect.
3. The song was released as a double A-side single with "Penny Lane" in February 1967.
4. It reached number 2 on the UK Singles Chart and number 8 on the Billboard Hot 100 in the US.
5. The song's production marked a significant departure from traditional pop music, incorporating avant-garde elements and studio experimentation. So it is often seen as a landmark in The Beatles' career, showcasing their willingness to push musical boundaries and explore new sounds.

Tips:
1. It can be difficult to juggle the melody while playing a D chord. That is why there are the so many strange names, because D6omit3 flows a bit more naturally. Of course, if you like a regular D major chord, go for it. I try to follow an arranging rule, to keep the main melody as the highest thing in pitch at all times in order to keep the melody intact. However, if the melody is really low, that only leaves 1 or 2 strings left to build a chord, which can get tricky.
2. sul ponte means to play by the bridge (bright tone).
