Crowing about the Crow
I am only a back porch muscian. I play several instruments including clawhammer banjo, since the 60's. Steve, Tony, Tim, Dolly, thanks a million. My favorite is Pretty Flowers which has been #1 on the household hit parade for weeks and weeks now. I had to transcribe it into regular notation for the fiddle, but that was easy enuf. I saw the comment that Steve likes tablature, but both tabs and regular notes would have been nice. I am surprized you didn't talk John McKuen into getting into the mix. Please please keep up the great collaborations. Steve, this has to be a real tribute to the kind of guy you must be. My brother gave me the CD as a present. I would definitely buy both and not the book alone.
