It is a sonata that follows quite faithfully the structure of this musical form, with an introduction and four movements: Allegro Moderato, Largo, Tempo di Minuetto and Rondó. - The latter with a somewhat extemporaneous license as to include in it a swing-rhythm.
Moreover, it is a work of "retro" air and neo-Romantic character, with soft harmonies and pleasant and relaxed hearing.
La Sonate en Ré est le résultat d'une commande du guitariste Fix Nicolet, qui compte déjà dans son répertoire plusieurs de mes œuvres pour guitare.
C'est une sonate qui suit assez fidèlement la structure de cette forme musicale, avec une introduction et quatre mouvements : Allegro Moderato, Largo, Tempo di Minuetto et Rondó. - Ce dernier avec une licence quelque peu improvisée au point d'y inclure un rythme swing.
De plus, c'est une œuvre d'air "rétro" et de caractère néo-romantique, avec des harmonies douces et une écoute agréable et détendue.
