The words are therefore credited to the congregation of Grace United Church of Christ in Greencastle, Pennsylvania and Pastor Mark J. Ruzicka. These various statements of faith were assembled into the lyrics for this expressive anthem. The various phrases are given musical context with calm, elongated melody for some and climactic phrasing for others.
