Six Short Preludes and Postludes. First Set, Op101
Charles Villiers Stanford's Six Short Preludes all make good preludes for the church service. I especially like V and VI, as they are based on Irish hymn tunes that are familiar. They were relatively easy to learn and not technically difficult. They are traditional English organ music and very satisfying to play.
