Quintet for Flute and Strings by Kirstin Fife is composed in three movements and runs approximately 12 minutes long.  Modern sounding, yet accessible to most audiences.  After a brief atonal introduction, the first movement (TIC) has a strong pop feel.  The second movement is a dark waltz (TAC) and the third movement (TOE) is a scherzo.  It was composed in 2023 for a group of friends that had weekly zoom calls during the pandemic, and was premiered in August of 2023 by that same group of friends in Los Angeles. PARTS ONLY.

This product was created by a member of ArrangeMe, Hal Leonard’s global self-publishing community of independent composers, arrangers, and songwriters. ArrangeMe allows for the publication of unique arrangements of both popular titles and original compositions from a wide variety of voices and backgrounds.
