A short piece clarinet solo. The title literally translates to "Vibrant Spring," a name this I feel fits this composition. With lighter sections fitting this picturesque image of spring with flowers and a shining sun, but with heavier rubato sections painting this image of a sinister thunderstorm, also a usual occurrence during spring, using large, low chords on the piano. This is my favorite composition I have written because the melody is constantly changing, with one section of the piece being whole notes, to another being sixteenth-note triplets.
