Reliving the Magic at the Piano!
As an adult learner, I absolutely adore this 'Pride & Prejudice' collection! Dario Marianelli's beautiful themes are so rewarding to play. The intermediate (SMP Level 5) difficulty means it's a good challenge, but entirely achievable with practice. Playing 'Dawn' and 'Liz On Top Of The World' lets me relive the movie's emotion right at my fingertips. Pure enjoyment and relaxation!

Beautiful music
I watched the movie and immediately ordered this book! I have so enjoyed playing through, and remembering the scenes through these lyrical, syncopated pieces.

Great book for the intermediate piano player!
This is a great book filled with the piano version of the orchestral scores from the movie Pride and Prejudice. It's beautifully easy to read for the intermediate piano player and is excellent for students who want to learn something that has a classical feel as well a modern one. Great for someone looking to learn more about film scores.

Not as expected
This is not intermediate. Leaving Netherfield is not in the same key or difficulty as what you would hear if you play along with the picture soundtrack. Don't buy this is that is what you like to do.

Pride and Prejudice
I am 14 and love music. Pride and Prejudice has excellent, beautiful, simplistic, and peaceful music that makes you think of a beautiful view. This music can be hard in some places (I've only got a few down pat) like 'Georgiana' for example. Meryton Townhall is good fun, and Darcy's Letter is fantastic. Liz On Top Of The World is splendid, soaring notes, heart thrilling. One small problem though - I can't quite match Another Dance to any part in the film. Is it where Lizzie and Darcy dance? It doesn't sound like it. Living Sculptures of Pemberly is delicately pretty, and the Secret Life of Daydreams is nice to play. Relaxing.

I LOVE this book!
I am a huge fan of Pride and Prejudice, so I was enthralled when I saw this book! I bought it immediately and haven't regretted it. The songs are difficult enough to sound exactly like their movie counterparts, but not so difficult that you have to practice forever to learn them. I played Dawn and Georgianna in a recital. You will not be disappointed with this book!

so beautiful
This music is just like the music in the film. My favorites are Dawn and Arriving at Netherfield. These are all intermediate pieces with the challenges coming with the quick dance tempos and odd meters found in a couple pieces.

Currently loving this music
Awesome collection of classical music from the motion picture. Is resonably easy to play but still sounds good :) Would recommend to anyone that is a jane Austen enthusiast!

Pride & Prejudice
It was a gift for someone. Not only was it the main piece of music I was after, but the entire movie soundtrack was in the package! A nice surprise to have more than I expected. Very nicely put together too. My relative is very, very pleased!

Pride and Prejudice
One of my students, a high school senior, loves this music and I agreed to order it for her after she looked at the sample on line. She plays Chopin, Debussy, and Beethoven, so this is much easier (with the exception of time signatures, especially 5/4). She loves the music but admits she doesn't have to practice that much on it.

An excellent reproduction of the original score. As a professional musician and well seasoned with over 33 years playing, I bought this to please my wife who loved the movie. This is very well written.

Great as violin solo
I purchased this book specifically to play three songs on my violin for a friend's wedding. I could not find violin sheet music anywhere so piano music had to do. I love this book, the songs are great and they sound really nice just carrying the melody on the violin! I am also a pianist and the songs are intermediate/ advanced, and sound exactly like the movie soundtrack!
