Good news!
Dover has just published Tchaikovsky's original version of this piece, which includes Siloti's suggested alterations, including his shortening of the second movement. It costs a fraction of the cost of this horrible edition. It also includes Concerto No. 3. Buy it instead. You won't be sorry. Also includes excellent introduction explaining the two versions.

Score Abbreviated
The second movement is at least abbreviated by 2/3 of the orginial. This is similar to the Siloti edition. I would not recommend it.

Should be out of print
Three people have rightly mentioned that this is NOT Tchaikovsky's Second Piano Concerto, rather a cheap arrangement of it by Siloti. This version died a long time ago, and should not be performed any more, since Tchaikovsky's original, and superior version is known and available to perform. If you want something to play through for fun, then buy this. If you are a serious pianist and want to perform this piece, skip it, and search for Tchaikovsky's original version.
