Composed by R. Currier III. Concert,Contemporary,Jazz,Rock,Standards. Score. 5 pages. R. Currier III #6383235. Published by R. Currier III (A0.1016592).This solo piece for drum set is perfect for an intimate setting, such as a recital hall. Softer dynamics and open space are punctuated by cascades of drum and cymbal strikes, shifting rapidly from soft to loud and back again. Less frequently used techniques, a subtle polymetric section, and more complex tuplets (11:8, 7:4, etc.) add additional color. Two short sections for improvisation are included, and can be extended as desired.
