This choral suite for Good Friday is a solemn, deeply sorrowful arrangement of the original hymn which has been used for years in churches for Good Friday services and other Holy Week vigils. The full recording / demonstration is available on all streaming platforms for inspiration or to aid with practicing or other preparations and can be found by searching the title and Stacey Plays Hymns.
Also available by searching the song title and my name on this website are versions for Tenor/Bass and other mixed choirs.
If you purchase this in a certain key but upon singing it wish to have a different key [such as higher, for a more traditional soprano/alto range] just get in touch with me and I’m happy to send you a transposed version to the key you would prefer free of charge. This pdf includes all the parts separately for ease of printing as well as the full combined score.
