Composed by Tim Janof. Baroque. Octavo. 21 pages. Tim Janof #3411455. Published by Tim Janof (A0.931134).

"Myriad" is a trio for three flutes or flute choir.  It is best performed (when performed as a trio) when the three players are standing side by side while facing the audience, since there is a lot of handing off of lines between players, similar to Vivaldi.  The music would most closely be described as baroque.  The title comes from the moments of swarming notes when all three flutes join in a building crescendo of fast arpeggiated chords.  Fingerings are provided in the thornier parts that bring the piece within range for most advanced players.  Though this piece takes work to put together, the audience's reaction at the end will make it all worth it.

This product was created by a member of ArrangeMe, Hal Leonard’s global self-publishing community of independent composers, arrangers, and songwriters. ArrangeMe allows for the publication of unique arrangements of both popular titles and original compositions from a wide variety of voices and backgrounds.
