This early Divertimento is a very light and airy piece using English Horn in place of the Oboe in a Woodwind Quintet. The use of the English Horn gives this little work almost a "bierhaus" quality reminiscent of the Bavarian "Oompah Bands". It is a delightful piece to play and especially enjoyable due to its frolicing nature.
