I've sung from several editions of the Messiah, and I can say without a doubt that the Oxford edition is by far my favorite. The piano reduction has been significantly simplified and is incredibly practical for rehearsal and performance purposes. Unlike many editions of the Messiah, this one contains all of Handel's alternate movements, which is also incredibly helpful. Easily the best Messiah score for the price
