Lord of life! Our King anointed,
To the river shore You came
At the blessed time appointed
To assume Your royal name.
Claimed as God the Father's Son,

We are royal sons and daughters.

Lord of love! Our Adam buried
In Your soul-renewing flood.
To the cross our sins were carried
And were drowned in purest blood.
Now we daily die to sin,
And we daily rise again!
Through the Spirit, we are living
In the freedom You are giving.

Lord of all! You hold creation;
Keep Your children safe from harm.
Your redeeming compensation
Leads us to our Father's arms.
