The intonation features a quasi-canon at the fourth and is good for featuring the contrasting solo stops on any organ. For your convenience, a standard harmonization by Hans Leo Hassler (1564-1612) is provided in various voicings. Also provided are two alternate harmonizations that were originally composed for Stanzas 2 and 3 of "Lord, Keep Us Steadfast in Your Word."
