The arrangement was commissioned by Jim Self for his recent Christmas album, Tis The Season Tuba Jolly on Basset Hound Records. The music includes a lush jazz-chorded introduction followed by a jazz waltz. This 4-minute arrangement is perfect for moderately advanced performers. Bass and Treble parts are included for the Euphonium parts.
