Synopsis: Conditions on the Moon have become intolerable for the inhabitants, who demand that Moon Mayor Muggins do something about the overcrowding! Before making plans to annex the neighboring planet Earth for expansion, Muggins decides to send his trusty astronauts to bring back a typical resident of the new planet so his/her habits can be studied. The first landing spot is New York City on March 17 during an exuberant St. Patrick’s Day parade!
