Published by SMT Music (A0.749756).Joseph Webster penned this hymn with help of S. Fillmore Bennett back in 1868. Webster was feeling depressed and when his friend asked him what was the matter he replied, "It's no matter, it will be all right by and by." With that Bennett started jotting down lyrics and Webster took to his fiddle and the song was written in about 30 min. It became a staple in the protestant hymnody and has been recorded by many country and gospel artists over the years. This is a simple arrangement for string trio with sort of theme and variations in the accompaniment. .
