This is a sacred cantata, written for limited chamber orchestra, SAB choir, and mezzo-soprano and bass soloists. It is suitable for Christmas, Easter, or at any time of the year, and it has also been performed as a concert work. All of the texts are adapted directly from the Bible. It is written in a style reminiscent of Baroque cantata and oratorio, but it is designed to be accessible for most volunteer church ensembles. This is the full score.
