It is for women
In reply to the previous review, women's barbershop music is written in treble clef and bass clef with an '8' above, meaning that stave is sung an octave higher.

Preview reviewer didn't understand clefs
Just to reply to the previous reviewer. The bass alta clef (bass clef written an octave up) is the traditional notation for women's barbershop quartets. So this arrangement *is* for women.It is actually a very useful clef to prevent too many leger lines for the lower voices. Hope this helps!
