Prior to this, she recorded her hit song, "Gee Whiz." The rhythms of the bass line and inner parts are repeated, which makes it easy for young musicians to catch on. Teh 1st violins carry the melody as Carla did. There are two cello parts, because of the higher notes in 3rd and 4th position in Cello 1. A piano and percussion parts are included, but it can be performed without them in case the players are not available. Mr. Robinson's youth orchestra had some young dancers from a local private school who did very well.
