The 'J. Geils Band', from Massachusetts in the USA, played blues-rock in the 1970s, but by the beginning of the 1980s had evolved their sound to a somewhat more pop style. And not without success: the album Freeze Frame sold by the million! The eponymous song Freeze Frame was the second single release from the album and has become an absolute favourite with audiences everywhere.
The 'J. Geils Band' uit het Amerikaanse Massachusetts speelde in de jaren zeventig van de vorige eeuw bluesrock, maar schakelde begin jaren tachtig over naar een meer popgerichte sound. En met succes: van de lp Freeze Framewerden miljoenen exemplaren verkocht. De gelijknamige song Freeze Frame was de tweede single van die lp en het nummer is nog altijd een showstopper!
