Two-part choir

SKU: CG.CGA107C

Introit and Procession. Composed by Hal H Hopson. Advent, Palm Sunday. With Trumpet, Trombone. Octavo. Chorister's Guild #CGA107C. Published by Chorister's Guild (CG.CGA107C).

This anthem has multiple uses and many options to allow its adaption to the local church situation. The antiphonal INTROIT may be sung from two sides of a church as choirs prepare to process, or it can be sung from choir loft and balcony. The procession with brass quartet and organ are adjustable in length (see optional repeats and cuts) and should end when all choirs are in their planned locations. The text makes it ideal for any festive occasion, or for Palm Sunday, or Easter. The brass parts are within the capability of good high school band players. Read other suggestions on page 2 of the anthem.
