This is a movement from the Delian Society multi-composer suite of works for bassoon and string orchestra called Variations concertantes sur le nom de Paul Verlaine.
The pdf file includes score and parts and also the soggetto cavato on Paul Verlaine's name, on which all the pieces were based.
The sound sample comes from the original concert performed by Franck Leblois (bassoon) and the Octava Chamber Orchestra.
