Henry Litolff was a British virtuoso pianist, and a prolific composer. Today he is only remembered for the glittering Scherzo from his Concerto Symphonique No.4.
So I thought it was about time to add a piece of old Litolff to the Clarinet repertoire.
This melodic piece works just fine for the Clarinet Sextet, although I admit to having a little 'artistic licence' here and there!
