Come, Holy Ghost is a Handbell duet arrangement combining the chant VENI CREATOR SPIRITUS (Come, Holy Ghost, Creator Blest) and SONG 13 (Holy Spirit, Light Divine). The use of singing bell technique and suspended mallets on a bell tree create an ethereal sound fitting for Pentecost. The duet is written for 3 octaves of handbells with an optional Bb3. Simply written to have a complex and full sound with only two ringers, the Db6-C7 bells are only used in bell tree throughout the piece, allowing the ringers to utilize only one set of handbells either with or without use of a bell tree stand. Permission is granted to the original purchaser of this music to make sufficient copies for their musicians. May NOT be duplicated for multiple groups. Headless Mallets Publishing.
