Here is a fun tune, a bass feature I wrote to honor our bassist at the time, Mr. Heath Proskin. There is one 3/4 bar just before the main solos begin, referred to as the "Heath Bar."
In a semi-modal, quartal groove, you can hear the full live recording at https://www.davidkempton.com/rec/mobius/ I have cut the solo chord length in half to move the piece along, so the audience (and the soloist) doesn't get bored.
